Jim Fredericks is the Chief Administrative Officer for eRecyclingCorps. He is responsible for all Human Resource and Administrative activity at the company.

Prior to joining eRecyclingCorps, Jim held leadership positions at Nike, Coors Brewing Company, and RadioShack, and provided consulting services to senior management and boards of directors in the areas of Human Resources, Executive Compensation and Strategy.  Jim also spent some time in the nonprofit sector, first as Chief Operating Officer for the prestigious Van Cliburn Foundation, and as Executive Director of Britt Festivals, a summer concert series.

Jim earned his BA from Wake Forest University, an MS from Boston University, and an MFA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
