Pascal is the Vice President of Strategic Account Operations for eRecyclingCorps where he is responsible for operations and business development in key existing accounts in Europe, The Middle East, and Africa from eRecyclingCorps' offices in Brussels, Belgium.

Prior to joining eRecyclingCorps, Pascal was the founder and CEO of Belgium based Zone Impact, operating point of sale device trade-ins in more than eight countries across 1200 retail stores.  Pascal has more than ten years of experience in the area of in-store consumer electronics trade-in and developing sales channels in emerging countries.  Pascal has been a pioneer in the development of Waste, Electrical, and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) compliant programs in Europe.  He designed and implemented cross-European WEEE compliant collection programs and he founded a WEEE processing facility in Eastern Europe.

Pasacal earned his BAA at the Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium.
